SPORTS DAY

5:50 am..
i'm sitting at the counter waiting someones to open the QM room door.
10 minutes later..
few of them reach adi..
then..
i go change my full uniform and wear my boots..
7 something..
we having practice at the field..
then we go TnB there gether..
5 minutes later..
everything started..
after our marching...
we standing in the middle of the field..
the sun are super hot..
suddenly....
i feel not comfortable..
feel like vomiting..
i try not to look at the floor...
move my hands and toes..
but, stilll the same..
then my view become blur..
then black out adi..
i was so scare..
then my view become clear again..
but, i feel worst...
suddenly, i vomit..
the PBSM carry me out from the field..
she gave me water and bring me to the toilet..
then i sit in the QM room ant rest..
i drink alot of water..

then, everyone came back adi..
they quikly go change QM shirt and go duty..
i told Xiaorong i will go duty later..
after all of them go down then only i go change shirt..
then i go counter there find them..
all of them are asking "how are you ?"
i said "i'm alright"
then we start duty..
until 12 something..
Hari Sukan end adi..

then i go eat McD with Xiaorong..
then i go her house and wait my sister fetch me there..

At night,
i having headache,
i never go training..
i sleep from 7pm to 9:30pm
then my sister came back..
she ask me wanna go eat anot..
i say no..
then i sleep from 10:30pm to 12am..
then i wake up..
and i go was my hair..
after i dry my hair..
then i go sleep again..
until 11am only i wake up..
